Gichagua is a Partner at OG Law LLP. He specialises in commercial and civil litigation focusing on banking law, property law, tax dispute resolution, labour disputes, debt recoveries and election petitions. He is well regarded for his expertise in insurance having successfully defended various insurance companies in complex insurance claims as well as prosecuting material damage claims. He represents clients at all levels of the judicial system including specialised courts, statutory and various tribunals. He also advises and represents clients in both private and public sector in alternative dispute resolution. Ben successfully prosecuted an arbitration claim against a leading telecommunication company subsequent to the government deadline for registration of all mobile subscribers.

Gichagua is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in law from Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University.
